Nope! We belive that eating a balanced diet is key for weight lost that is sustainable!
3 days a week! Sarah & Shawn will teach you 2 strength training workouts each week and a HIIT cardio session!
Not at all! We suggest having a set of light, medium, and heavy weights for YOU! If you don't have any then look for items around the house that you can use too!
We love resistance training as well so a set of resistance loops might be helpful too but they aren't required!
We love GOOD food and The Summer Body Goals Bootcamp is full of just that and comes with a recipe book for everything on the meal plan!
